I love helping neurodivergent and neuro-spicy people find confidence and joy in how they show up in the world. Often, my clients have felt misunderstood for much of their lives and struggle with expressing themselves in healthy ways. Counseling is a great outlet to process emotions without judgment.

I am trained in EMDR and play therapy, both of which can help people express themselves in a way that feels less threatening than traditional talk therapy. My therapy dog, Linus, loves helping everyone feel more comfortable in counseling.
