Specializing in trauma and anxiety. People I help are motivated to meet their goal. The desire is strong although support may be needed. Change is difficult for many of us but utilizing an experienced therapist to work through stress, anxiety, impacts of trauma, relationship issues, and other life challenges can help make the process easier. We will work together to clarify your goals and develop a plan of success. I help you to gain insight and skills while working to achieve your goal. I utilize cognitive and somatic approaches to target the source of the problem and work through a process of change.
I have personally worked through deep issues and continue to utilize therapy for stress management and anxiety, or for whatever is needed, as needed.
