Clients I work with are often experiencing feelings of instability, rigidity, and isolation. I work to establish trust and introduce art as a creative tool to support goals of building self-awareness and relational skills. People who need support can come to me to co-create adaptive strategies to manage stress, overwhelm, and hopelessness.
I have experience working with adults and children, both individually and in groups. I hold space for people to grow by processing struggles and celebrating strengths in a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space.
In my art therapy practice, I provide a flexible and tailored approach for each client and their individual needs and backgrounds. I will collaborate with you to find creative ways to achieve your goals, keeping in mind the various systems and contexts at play.
