I work with individual adults of all ages and couples. I help people dealing with recent trauma and those suffering from past traumas or other ongoing challenges. I use a client-centered approach, drawing from a range of practices depending on what resonates with the person in front of me.
We learn to appreciate the complex poetry and harmony of our lives through attention and practice, through communication and connection. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where together we explore, expand, and enrich your experience in this world.
