I take in to consideration who you are as a whole person (history, culture, gender, sexual expression, socioeconomic status, physical & spiritual health, etc.). I utilize a number of different therapeutic techniques to best suit each person, however, I tend to apply Person-Centered, Solution Focused, and elements of CBT theories most often.
I believe attending to one’s mental health is a central step in leading the “successful life” most people desire. When a person desires to attend therapy, I believe they are already on a road to healing. I would love to help you take that next step. My practice is offered exclusively via teletherapy, allowing me to provide support to anyone in California.
