Hi! I'm Kelsey, a licensed therapist who believes that transformation occurs when we feel safe to be our authentic self without the fear of judgement. My approach is warm and comfortable and I strive to create a strong therapeutic connection with my clients, built on trust. I specialize in working with adults and teens coping with anxiety, depression and grief. I have extensive experience working with perinatal and postpartum mental health, and perinatal loss. I’m devoted to holding a warm space while you explore what may be holding you back and how to embody your own personal values and truths.
I’m committed to finding what works best for each individual and tailoring my approach accordingly. I use psychodynamic theory, ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS and mindfulness techniques. I have over ten years of experience in the field in multiple settings including outpatient therapy, college counseling, crisis intervention and supporting parents in maternity & NICU.
I think the most important thing in therapy is that you connect with your therapist and feel comfortable, trusting and able to be authentic. Please don't hesitate to reach out to schedule a complimentary 10-15 min call with me to discuss what you’re looking to get out of therapy and see if we may be a good fit! Accepting clients in PA, DE and FL.
