I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents to explore experiences of attachment trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, intrusive thoughts, personal and familial substance use/addiction, compulsions, eating disorders, questions of gender and sexuality, immigration, and adoption.

I have received comprehensive training in the areas of adult attachment presentation and asset-based counselling, followed by extensive clinical guidance in classical and contemporary psychoanalytic theory and therapy technique. I continue to pursue continuing education and training opportunities with the circumstances and needs of my clients in mind.
