I specialize in working with clients affected by ADHD, neurodivergence, executive functioning difficulties, anxiety, procrastination, creative blocks, imposter syndrome, career & life transitions; complex trauma, narcissistic & emotional abuse, codependency, people-pleasing, family & relational issues; and OCD (including Pure-O & ROCD). While I enjoy working with clients from all fields, I specialize in treating creative professionals and artists. As a creative, you may be building your career or considering a complete career shift. Regardless of where you are now, the unknowns of where you'll end up next can be anxiety-provoking.

My personality style is relaxed, non-judgemental, collaborative, authentic, fairly direct, and sometimes humorous. I bring to my work a background in the entertainment industry and I understand what it takes to cope with the pressures and anxieties of navigating a creative life and career.

Sessions will be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and priorities, with an emphasis on client-centered, strength-based, LGBTQIA+ affirming, queer-friendly, neurodiversity-affirming, anti-racist care.
