Counseling with me is a reciprocal dance where I listen and learn from you what has happened that is negatively impacting your well-being, and identify steps to improve your mood, stability, and participation in work and relationships. I can help you transcend self-defeating patterns and cultivate a more conscious, authentic, and effective way of being.
