I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing grief due to the death of a loved one, divorce, illness, severed relationship, job loss, or a traumatic event. I will help you engage with your grief and meaningfully integrate this change into your life. My other areas of focus include anxiety, stress management/burnout, and women’s issues.

I utilize an integrated approach that melds narrative, relational, and trauma-informed. My work also includes the use of the Enneagram, mindfulness exercises, and psychoeducation. I am dedicated to offering you a compassionate space, where you feel safe to engage with your story. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
