My approach to therapy is meeting clients where they are while helping them to identify specific goals for treatment. Throughout sessions, clients learn to recognize and use their own individual strengths in order to positively transform their lives. This is accomplished by using a variety of counseling modalities in a nonjudgmental approach.
By offering over a decade of experience working with clients in a variety of therapeutic settings (psychiatric treatment facilities, private practice, support services, school based mental health, etc.) my practice speciality includes trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions just to name a few.
