In my practice, I specialize in supporting children, teens, young adults, and student athletes using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I address a range of issues from anxiety to sports-related stress, always tailored to each client's needs. My goal is to equip individuals with coping skills, foster resilience, and provide a supportive environment for growth. I collaborate closely with parents, teachers, doctors and any other relevant figure to ensure functional and consistent progress, aiming for improved emotional well-being, academic success, and athletic performance.

Specializing in children, adolescents, young adults, and student athletes, I offer tailored support for stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Through therapy, I provide coping skills, stress management strategies, and goal-setting guidance to foster resilience and confidence. As a past student athlete, I offer a unique and relatable lens to these issues.

It is important to care for our mental health- to feel understood, validated, and encouraged. I look forward to meeting clients where they are and begin building an intentional therapeutic relationship.
