As a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist I offer a mind/body lens to telehealth counseling. By connecting to the body in therapy we can access what we hold within. I utilize a strength based approach and include mindfulness, creative, play and parts work with children, teens and adults.

No need to have prior dance experience, we are all "movers!" Many clients I see are moving through life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, relationships, trauma, understanding of self, gender and identity. All are welcome here!
