I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma; neurodivergent individuals and people struggling with interpersonal relationships. My goal as a person-centered therapist is to meet my client where they are and provide a safe space while holding my clients in the utmost regard with empathy and compassion. Throughout my experience, I have found that individuals who are provided a safe, welcoming, and consistent environment will be better equipped to develop healthy coping skills to overcome obstacles in their life.
