I am currently on maternity leave and not taking new clients. I will be returning from leave January 2025.... I hold that therapy can be different from person to person, from day to day. There is no “right” way to do this. My hope is that together, we’ll create a space that supports you in deepening your self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. I will meet you where you are, holding that you are the expert on your own experience, and that you have within you everything you need to heal.
My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that more awareness brings more choice. As we become more aware of our experience - our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and sensations – as well as the contexts we’re experiencing them in – our culture, community, family, partnership - we can develop more freedom and choice around how we engage.
I’m aware of how hard it can be to figure out where and how and with whom to start therapy. I want to support you in getting the kind of support you want and need because to me, finding a good fit between you and your therapist is an important first step.
