My goal is to help you move forward feeling in control of your life, instead of overwhelmed by it.

I help women manage anxiety, family-of-origin issues, life-transitions (i.e. post college, break-ups, family conflict), self-esteem, shame, codependency, and perfectionism. I also work with couples, specializing in the pre-engagement & pre-marital seasons as well as committed couples who feel disconnected, utilizing the Gottman Method (Level 1 & Level 2).

I am a licensed therapist in Texas and Colorado. I believe that having a safe place to get to know yourself can help you experience the joy and freedom you desire. I want to help you heal from past wounds and thrive in your life and relationships.
