These defining decades are the backdrop to cultivating your identity and are filled with milestone transitions and relationships where your childhood wounds play out.

I help high achieving women manage anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. I work with my clients to navigate milestone transitions, feel like themselves again, and experience contentment. We will pursue self-understanding so you can experience greater connection to yourself, and achieve deeper fulfillment in your relationships, profession, and/or motherhood.
