Hey, I’m glad you made it here! Have you ever experienced events in your life that have been overwhelming, hard to process, or difficult to move on from? Trauma is a spectrum, most people have experienced some degree of it in their life. With this, other issues like depression, anxiety, struggles with emotions, negative thoughts, and others—often develop as a result. They can disrupt daily life and disconnect us from ourselves and others. My goal is to empower, teach skills, and provide resources and insight to help you create more space, clarity, confidence, and freedom from the past so that you can experience the life you want.
As a social worker, I have worked with individuals/groups from a diverse array of backgrounds and use a trauma-informed lens (viewing people in context) to do so. I also have experience working with a wide range of issues/concerns from trauma, identity issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexuality and relationships, challenges with family of origin, and more.
