I use an integrated approach utilizing CBT, Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Somatic Therapy. My strategy is to use tools that are easily integrated into a client’s everyday life. My areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We will establish customized goals so clients will be able to live their most authentic life.
