I believe therapy can be a transformative, empowering, and healing experience. My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, engaged and collaborative. I work with couples and individuals dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, intimacy, life transitions and self esteem. In practice, I help clients to process and explore past experiences, current challenges, and discover unconscious patterns. My goal is to help clients work towards feeling more secure, motivated, and fulfilled in their lives and relationships.
My therapeutic approach is integrative but rooted in a relational model. I pull from theories of attachment, narrative, and feminist approaches to explore client’s life experience present and past. I am a certified level 1 trained PACT couples therapist.
I have a background in fine arts and music, and I have worked in various high paced professional work environments. My varied past experiences give me a deepened understanding of life’s challenges and an ability to understand these struggles in my client’s in a genuine way.
