I’m passionate about helping children, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I support clients of all ages struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, and overwhelming life changes. I have extensive experience helping children process and adjust to divorce and subsequent transitions; fostering healthy identity development in tweens and teens; and supporting neurodivergent children and their families.
My approach to therapy is relational and holistic, considering the interplay between emotional, cognitive, and social factors. I’ve been trained in a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, gestalt therapy, and child-centered play therapy. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative.
