I love working with individuals and couples trying to cope with anxiety and stress. My clients might feel stuck in relationships or be struggling with creating healthy boundaries. Over time my clients gain more self-compassion and confidence as we work together on uncovering stories that have contributed to what they’re wrestling with. Many of the mental health struggles we face are rooted in deeper stories that need to be expressed. I also offer EMDR therapy for those wanting to work with issues that feel stuck and immovable.
I specialize in working with spouses/partners of folks in the military, people working through childhood trauma, as well as artists and creatives wanting to figure out how to lean into their passions.
Ultimately, I believe emotional health looks like growing in compassion and love for yourself and others, as well as learning how to share more of your experiences with those you trust.
