I love working with women, who are somewhere on their journey of becoming a mother and needing to process all the emotional and relational complexities that bubble up in the meantime. My sweet spot is supporting mothers of young children in the months after postpartum supports taper off, and mothers are grappling with who they are and what they need now.
I offer relational psychotherapy for individual adults who are navigating the “now what?” motherhood. Also, I partner with a perinatal yoga teacher to co-facilitate restorative, process groups for mothers of young children around the changes to their bodies, relationships, and identities.
