Most importantly, I want you to feel safe and heard throughout our work together. Our lives are constantly changing and shifting, and that can feel overwhelming. When a child or parent is feeling dysregulated, it can be hard to know what to do next. By creating a safe space, I help clients can learn to trust their wisdom, grow their strength, and gain confidence. Our work will be based on your individual needs. Services I provide include child and adolescent therapy, parent education, and individual therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in the public school system and in private practice. My work is focused on seeing the client as a whole person who is having a hard time. As part of growing and learning about oneself, I incorporate various approaches based on client needs.
As a parent and/or family, challenging situations will be faced, and I work closely with parents as they know their children the best. Bringing authenticity and building a space where all can feel supported, heard, and have a sense of belonging is at the center of my approach.
