My clients are sensitive to the world around them. They feel emotions deeply and have big internal or external reactions. I work with children (ages 3+), teens, and young adults on their journeys to grow, thrive, and create lasting change. I play an active role in sessions by teaching skills, reframing negative thought patterns, building self-esteem, and focusing on each individual's needs to create a life worth living. I support the unique abilities you already have, to overcome challenges, build resilience, and improve emotional understanding and communication, leading to more positive and productive behaviors and outcomes.

For those with Anxiety (OCD, Social, Generalized, Panic Attacks, and Phobias), I use evidence-based practices like ERP, CBT, ACT, and DBT to support the balance of change and acceptance. For younger children, I incorporate art and play to process emotions, learn problem-solving, increase resilience to life stressors, and promote cognitive development.

I employ a holistic framework combining evidence-based practices with a creative approach unique to each client. I aim to honor the process of change with deep compassion and uplifting enthusiasm.
