If you're struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, or OCD, I'm here to offer practical tools to help you regain control and improve your life. I aim to create a safe space, where you can openly discuss your challenges without fear of judgment. Together, we'll work on reducing anxiety, managing obsessions and compulsions, and making peace with food and your body. My goal is to provide you with the support and understanding to build resilience and healthier relationships with yourself and others.

I specialize in treating anxiety, eating disorders, and OCD using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Together, we'll improve coping mechanisms, enhance emotional regulation, and gradually reduce symptoms in a safe, supportive environment.
