Life can be quite overwhelming and most times we’re unsure when or how things got this way. As your therapist, I would love to assist you on your Journey to Healing by creating a safe and nonjudgmental space that encompasses any and everything you need during your session. I enjoy working side by side with my clients as they gather the pieces to their puzzle, encouraging full autonomy to do with them as they please.
My scope of work includes but is not limited to those experiencing anxiety and depression, families, sexual trauma, gerontology, adolescents, young adults, and blended family conflict. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual trauma and teen moms.
While I typically lean towards a cognitive behavioral theoretical approach, I also believe in emotion focus therapy and the EMDR therapeutic approach as no two clients are the same. As a clinician, I strive to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere that will empower individuals to pursue a life that encompasses joy and success.
