I specialize in couples and relationships and can teach you step by step how to get there. I also work with anxiety, grief/loss, betrayal, and life transitions. I see individuals as well as couples for the above issues and would love to offer you a non judgmental space to begin healing and moving forward. My style of therapy includes examining how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are affecting you. Then, we talk about skills that can help you cope such as regulating emotions, communication, mindfulness, tolerating distress, and changing your thoughts. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to treat trauma and troubling memories.
