Are you in emotional pain? Stressed, stuck in worry, exhaustion, or anger? Are you repeating the same type of relationship, pattern, or life situation, wishing you could change something or break the cycle? Or maybe, you've noticed that little things have become much more frustrating or stressful than usual. Sometimes, we aren't sure what is causing our distress, but we can sense that we're not reaching our full potential for health, happiness, or success. And, even if we do know what the issue is, sometimes change can still feel impossible. That's where I can help. I can teach you practical tools you can use to change your life.
My job is not to pass judgment on your actions, behavior, or decisions, but is to listen, discover and analyze any underlying causes for your issues, and help determine how your life and relationships are being affected by the issue. Then, together, we create customized goals and a plan for change.
I'm qualified to help with a variety of issues affecting one's life; however, I do specialize in treating anxiety- and trauma-related disorders (like Generalized Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorders). I also enjoy helping clients increase self-confidence, improve communication, and set healthy boundaries in relationships.
