My job is to listen, help you understand root causes of your difficulties, break unwanted patterns, and teach you practical tools to help change your life. If you have the sense you're not reaching your potential for health, happiness, or success, it may be time to move toward a change.
Together, we can build customized goals and an actionable plan. I'm qualified to help with many challenges; however, I specialize in working with couples (communication, boundaries, infidelity, etc.), and adults and teens (anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, depression). I enjoy helping clients become their authentic selves, increase confidence, and explore identity.
I use trauma-informed, somatic, and body-based techniques to help clients move from "knowing" what to do to actually being able to do it. I currently practice as an AMFT at Caring Connected in Pasadena and have 7+ years of experience across multiple community mental health and private practice settings. I currently offer video and in person sessions.
