I offer online and in person therapy, working with issues related to sexual addiction, intimacy, anxiety and trauma. I also have a background and passion for working with adolescents with histories of involvement in the criminal justice system.
I believe in setting goals with my clients as a guide for where we are headed. I use psycho dynamic and CBT techniques to explore one's past and how it affects the now. My interest in addictions has led me to the field of sex, love, addiction and trauma.
I am direct with my clients, which allows me to assist them during the process of therapy. I am honest, open, and willing to partner with you to achieve the goals we have set together. I want the best for my clients and I feel honored to share in their sadness, hopes and dreams.
