I support people struggling with sex and porn addiction, drugs and alcohol, and other compulsive behaviors that have created chaos in their own life and relationships. I also work with spouses/partners who have been negatively impacted by betrayal, trauma and addictions. With over 20 years of clinical experience I provide a focused therapy plan and tools through mindful and confidential counseling so that you are able to live life and make healthy choices. As the founder of Mindful Centers my team of experienced therapists and I will help you learn the skills and tools necessary for sobriety, to reduce anxiety, shame and triggers. We utilize research based therapeutic techniques in a supportive and shame free environment, as well as mindfulness based addiction and trauma therapy to reduce addition and trauma.

Our understanding of the Gay and Lesbian community allows us to provide a compassion filled therapeutic environment. We embrace diversity, all clients are welcome.
