I specialize in helping teens and adults with histories of trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and more. You deserve to have a treatment that is specified to your needs and goals, and I want to provide you with a safe place to explore, process, and heal from your traumatic experiences.

In my practice as a dually-certified counselor-in-training and provisional art therapist, I explore how symbols, shapes, lines, and colors can relate to how a person is feeling. In addition, I will be EMDR trained this fall. EMDR can help people to reprocess and heal from their trauma. Clients would describe me as nonjudgmental, supportive, and trustworthy.
My goal as your therapist is to support you and your mental health journey. I use a person-centered, strength based approach to help clients realize how much value and light they bring into the world. You are worthy of healing from your past.
