My experience lies in working with individuals, couples, & families experiencing anxiety, depression, relational issues, sexual trauma, domestic violence, substance use, and more. As part of my practice, I believe it's important to navigate how you form connections based on your culture, background, and upbringing and how they shape the person you are today.
