As a somatic therapist, I know that healing happens when we work holistically with the mind-body system. Together, we'll work on reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, helping you find balance and resilience. I specialize in Somatic Experiencing, Inner Relationship Focusing, and a host of other therapeutic modalities to promote healing and long-lasting change.

My therapeutic style is experiential, directive, and psychodynamic. As a couples coach, I focus on fostering individual insight, promoting awareness of psychological dynamics, and teaching healthy and secure relationship functioning. I also provide concrete, directive facilitation to support behavioral changes within the relationship.

Therapy is for everyone at any life stage. Feeling "stuck" is usually a result of a lack of external support. The most lasting and meaningful way we grow is in the context of a healing relationship. No matter what your challenges are, you don’t have to do it alone.
