I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and low self esteem. People come to me when they are going through a transition or ready to make a change. Through a holistic approach in psychotherapy we can work together creatively to help you make a change or gain understanding.
My approach to therapy relies heavily on the client's optimal method for growth. From a Gestalt perspective, I offer traditional talk therapy, trauma-informed somatic therapy as well as art therapy. Clients often find the creative process gets to the essence of what's really happening and promotes self-awareness, esteem, and insight.
