I strive to ensure that regardless of what you are bringing in to therapy, you always feel cared for, respected, and understood.

I utilize an integrated theoretical approach engaging primarily in person-centered and wellness practice. I focus on relationship building and allow my clients to take the lead in determining our goals. Once we establish what it is that you hope to get out our of experience together, I will pull tools from other evidence-based theories when appropriate.

Progress is a team effort. I will meet you where you are with empathy and compassion. I want you to feel empowered and supported, with full permission to be your authentic self every step of the way.
