Why is it just so hard to control my emotions? Have you ever asked this question to yourself? Using radical acceptance, I will work with individuals to help them understand what it means to accept reality but not feel so bad about it. We will work together to figure out ways to take it one day at a time. Using mindfulness techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy, I will work with individuals to rediscover themselves.
Hopefully, therapy will help you find the person you've felt like you lost for a long time. I will provide you with a safe place for you to share your thoughts and emotions.
