Are you confused? Exhausted? Scared? I can help. I have a unique understanding of unhealthy relationships and how they operate and impact the lives of those in it. Most relationships start out hopeful and happy. Many turn at some point and this is where confusion lives. I work with individuals who have had difficult relationships. Healing takes a lot of work, and a lot of commitment, I won't sugar-coat...but it can be done. Or, perhaps you have issues with non-intimate relationships, maybe a parent, sibling, or child. Or maybe your child has conflicts with your ex. This too can be made healthier.
Narcissism. To me, this word is very personal and profound. If you are in a relationship with someone with these tendency, or you at least wonder if, it's important you seek help from someone who understands the subtleties of these behaviors. Otherwise, you run the risk of re-traumatization. I have a unique insight into this type of dynamic and can help.
I've lived through many of the things that I now assist others with in their lives. I have insight into many behaviors and belief systems. I understand personally: abuse, narcissism, problematic marriage, hostile divorce, raising children in this dynamic, religious abuse and addiction. I offer Telehealth sessions for convenience.
