Whether you are struggling to cope with anxiety, grief, or depression, navigating conflict or resentment in your relationship, or facing concerns about your sexual health or identity, I strive to create a non-judgmental and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of rejection.

As a gay man, I am particularly passionate about working with fellow LGBTQ+ individuals and couples to navigate issues of mental and emotional health, relationships, identity, and sexuality. I aim to empower my clients to take charge of their mental health, improve their relationships, and have better sex.
