I have 3 decades of experience using Jungian, psychodynamic, & Family Systems models of therapy. I'm a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Consultant, and am also trained in EMDR to treat anxiety, PTSD, trauma and more. I'm a LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, using yogic breathing, mudras, mantras, etc. to help clients with depression, anxiety, & insomnia.
I welcome people from all belief systems, & have an interest in the integration of spirituality and psychotherapy. I work extensively with religious/spiritual professionals (clergy, church staff, etc.) from all traditions, & those who've had painful experiences with organized religion (including agnostics, atheists, and "spiritual seekers.").
