Starting with the assumption that everyone is capable of functioning well, I work from an internal family systems, existential, and multicultural standpoint to support clients in developing a deep understanding of maladaptive patterns.
I work primarily from a humanistic standpoint. I am trained in Lifespan Integration to address a variety of issues, particularly anxiety and trauma. I am an empathic, quirky therapist who will meet you with kindness, gentle irreverence and honesty.
