My somatic training translates to a focus on the interconnection of body and mind. Our bodies are storage vessels for all that we are unable to express. Somatic therapy practices such as grounding, awareness of sensations, pendulation of emotions, visualization, and expressive arts can aid in emotional release and regulation of the nervous system.
Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I hope you feel empowered to break down the barriers that have prevented you from living your truth, and I will also honor your unique healing process.
