Feeling understood, supported, listened to, like you belong – some of the most basic things human beings need, are often overlooked, unappreciated and unavailable from those around them. My therapeutic approach is the same as my approach on life: to provide those around me with a place where they can feel like themselves, while working on themselves. In a safe and open space, we will work together to conquer your anxiety, depression, mood instability, relationships, trauma, eating, communication, work, life stressors & overall mental health while tailoring each session and treatment to the individual patient’s needs.

Decreasing your current negative symptoms is the first step we will take to jumpstart your therapeutic journey. Utilizing my background in CBT & with knowledge of numerous therapeutic orientations, we will tackle your issues with evidence-based approaches. Ultimately, we will find, utilize & maintain coping skills & strategies to help you flourish.

I received my BS in Art Therapy in 2012 from SC, focusing on the therapeutic creative arts. Acquired my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College in 2014 & obtained NY State Licensure in 2017. In 2018 and for the next 5 years I honed my leadership skills as a Clinical Supervisor, ultimately opening my Solo Private Practice in 2022.
