Welcome, and congratulations on taking this courageous step towards connecting with a therapist. In my practice, I offer individual and couples counseling. My approach is empathic, respectful, honest, and collaborative. Together, we will pay attention to past experiences, including family dynamics, as well as work on practical, realistic approaches to dealing with today. I have supported my clients through a range of issues, including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance use and addiction, life transitions, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, I have extensive experience in dual diagnosis (addiction and mental illness), and multicultural issues (immigration, displacement, assimilation.)
