The cycle that most people fall into is becoming stagnant, or just letting things slide rather than having the difficult conversations that need to be had because they are avoiding feeling uncomfortable. In this group, I will help learn how to feel comfortable in the discomfort of having discussions about things like goals, finances, sex, intimacy, changing the way the relationship looks, and transparent communication. **Ages 21+ Only**
