My passion is to provide care and support to people in transitions. I have over 12 years of experience working with children, teens and parents. I am passionate about addressing attachment and relationship trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Destination and Reintegration, which can help take the power out of strong negative emotions.

Starting therapy is not always easy! My first priority is to build honest, caring relationships with my clients. It is important to me to build a place of safety both emotionally and physically.
