I approach therapy with a systemic view. The most challenging and painful aspects of life do not exist only at the individual level, but also in relationships, interactions, social patterns, and dynamics. I work with individuals from all different backgrounds and strive to create a space that feels personal and reflective of their needs.
I have significant experience working with issues related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating. As a clinician, I am trauma-informed, strength-focused, and supportive. I am a certified Gestalt therapist and EMDR therapist.
