I work with folks from all walks of life, and specialize in working with gay men and the larger LGBTQ+ community, to alleviate depression, anxiety, shame, work stress, relationship issues, questions of meaning, & life transitions. I use a variety of therapeutic methods, including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration. Psychedelic therapy allows access to deeper layers of self and accelerates progress toward personal growth and healing; it can accomplish in a short timeframe what might otherwise take years of weekly talk therapy. KAP is sliding scale ($150-$175).

The most effective therapeutic approach recognizes how biology, personal psychology, culture, and social relationships intersect to create your experience. Each of these areas must be understood and attended to in order to heal and thrive. KAP can support you in exploring these dimensions of your experience in an immediate, felt, holistic way.

If you have thoughts, feelings and behaviors that don't make sense to your rational mind, or are feeling trapped in cycles of experience you never chose and don't understand, they are likely teachers that you don't yet know how to listen to. I'll work with you to transform your symptoms into meaningful and lasting change.
