I specialize in working with childhood trauma, family caregiving, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, burnout, faith/spirituality, postpartum and exploring issues related to race/culture. I have a gentle client-centered approach that is attachment based and trauma informed. Sessions will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs.
